Michael E. Catalinotto Jr.

Mike is a tenacious and highly skilled litigator with over 30 years of experience handling complex personal injury actions representing individuals and families who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries from accidents.

Mike joined Maynard  O’Connor in 1992 and became a partner in 2001.  He works out of the firm’s Saugerties and Albany NY offices serving clients from New York City to the Capital Region as a successful trial lawyer and settlement negotiator.

He is a graduate of Siena College and earned his law degree from Touro Law School.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  He is also a member of the Albany County, Ulster County, New York State and American Bar Associations; the New York State Trial Lawyers Association; and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  Mike is a delegate to the Third Judicial District Judicial Convention.

He earned a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of BV, indicating high to very high legal ability and very high ethical standards.

When not vigorously representing clients, Mike is a committed community volunteer and has served on the boards of Diaz Ambulance Service and Kiwanis Club and coaches his daughter Ariana’s softball and basketball teams. Mike enjoys skiing, bicycling and attending concerts and Yankees’ games whenever possible.
